is there anyway to get your money back or inventory before 90 days? my account failed verification and now my business is on pause

Welcome to the forums - no experience on my part with getting inventory back. The cash-holding part...I haven't seen stories of getting money back before the 90 day period - make sure you can still log-in though...

You will have to wait 90-120 days after suspension to get your money out.

You can do a removal order for your FBA inventory any time (it's your inventory). Money you have to wait on.

You can get your money back. They can't keep your funds.

Wait till 90 days have elapsed since the account was closed down and then do both of the following:

1: Email seller-verification-enquiry@amazon.com
2: Email managingdirector@amazon.com

Contact Seller support also. Keep ringing and emailing till you get your money. Perseverance is the way forward with this.
