Amazon blocking phone number

Hy fellows, i try create new ghost acc, but sadly when entering NEW prepaid phone number i always get block. Using all new mails, pc, ip address and prepaid phone number. Somebody can help with this issue?

Im from Lithuania.

Using fresh vps, new mail and new prepaid phone number, and when need verify phone number always get block.

When want verify phone number get message : "Your phone number was blocked, please try other number". something like that +-

yes. Now try 3 times, create all new, but stuck on this step and don`t understand where is the problem.

yep, first time after two times i don`t get sms, chose call. Second time after 1 time i don`t get, chose call.

are you using tossable for phone verification.Ive seen this error a few months back with tossable when i used it for an account a while back

yep Lithuanian sim card. I used before them and don`t get problems with LT sim cards.
