Amazon suspended low feedback

Just got suspended due to two low feedbacks. Order Defect ratio is 3.5%. Is there any chance to get the account reinstated??? I am planing to appeal but still in the past I was not able to do a successful appeal.
Please help.

Appealing is your only option. Just address the issues that caused the suspension and make it clear you plan on fixing those problems so you won't experience the same problems in the future. Good luck! :thumb:
