Amazon UK: 110 days passed without disbursement and without response to my inquiry
 

A suspended Amazon UK account of mine is now 110 days past the "suspension letter". As you may already know, the letter vaguely talked about sending back payment in 90 days although it may have discretion in holding it longer.

So not seeing the fund deposit, I contacted both payment-investigation and Jeff five days ago, but neither has responded.

It is just GBP 300, probably too small for legal action, but big enough for me to make another attempt if you guys have any advice.

Keep trying, you can also try calling in to seller support and asking to be escalated to supervisor.

5 days is nothing.

I had 2200 Euros disbursed after 2 month :)

BUT important do not send anymore emails, one email with instructions is enough! The more emails u send the more your case jumps to the back again.

just keep waiting and monitor your bank account

Do you receive disbursement email? Or they just silently initiate deposit and then one day you find new money in your bank account?

They always sent me the standard "Your deposit has been transferred, 3-5 days depending on your bank blah blah blah" when they sent mine.
