New Amazon seller account registration error

I tried to create a new seller account using my EIN. I used my DBA name (sole proprietorship) and my EIN. However, this error message keeps popping up:

The Name and Tax ID provided do not match IRS records. Please review your previous inputs and ensure the "Name" line is the correct name associated with the Tax ID provided. You should complete the tax information for the individual or business that will report the income on a U.S. income tax return. If you are completing the tax interview on behalf of a single member LLC, generally the owner’s Name and Tax ID would be provided.

Anyone has any idea on what to do with this?

The name is not matching that you provided the IRS with. There is a typo somewhere, check the filings again, or wait a longer period of time for the system to update

If you try and make Pro accounts certain ways then they will ask you for that info.

Tax information required if you sell over 50 items on an individual account, or if you register a PRO account
