Protectable Amazon listings?

How does one make an amazon listing protectable under a brand for generic products WITHOUT having their logo on the product?

As an example.. people that sell Fidget Spinners under their "brand" without any markings or logos

How do you know their products do not have markings/logos? Did you test buy their items?

Yes I've seen ones with logos, but I am referring to one's I've seen don't have logos or watermarks.

The hard part is not protecting the listing. It is easy to list a new product. But another seller can jump onto it anytime they want.
The hard part is proving to AZ that you are the rights holder and that someone else selling it is a copyright infringement. (if AZ asks). For that you will need possibly more information than you may have or are willing to offer.
