Amazon UK - Some questions.
 

Hi.

Re Amazon UK;

ID - Do I have to submit a driving licence/EU card now, or will they give you time to add it (and be able to sell in the meantime)?

Bank account - Amazon info is all stealth. But as long as I don't use the bank ac to fund payment (only to withdraw), I should be ok?

You can no longer submit ID on Amazon until they request it from you. Previously you could add it, and leave it, but no such option exists now.

But of course, you can just sell as usual, money will disburse into your bank as usual, and eventually they will ask for ID.

Bank account - You cannot fund payments on Amazon using a bank, that all happens via a charge card if ever the need arises.

However for the purpose of withdrawing, you can use your bank without issue - even if the bank has issues with mismatched names (Lloyds, TSB etc.) that wont be an issue with Amazon. This is because of the method they use to deposit your funds into your bank doesn't reveal the name on your Amazon account (unlike PayPal for example).
