Can you not just buy AGCs on Amazon?

I did but when I buy more they locked my account and requỉred verification. I sent them my bank statement but no replies until now even when they said to review it in 24 hours.

I look around Paypal as your advice but not much results.

Maybe just try to wait a bit longer or give them a call.

In addition, there are forums where people sell AGCs for a fraction of the cost (usually for BTC) - but you'll have to beware of scammers.
