amazon stole my money
I was stupid and tried to sign up for amazon thinking i used a tax id my first time. I was a minor at the time and got banned because i was trying to dropship headphones. They decided to charge me(around 50 usd for fees) even tho i did not ship out the orders since i was banned . A few weeks ago i signed up for a personal account and they charged me for a business account and on top of this they banned me after they charged me for being related to my old account. I called amazon at lease 8 times so far and emailed 8 times or so . They keep telling me i will get a email in a day,yet i still do not have a reply about my refund.
What should i do? a chargeback with my credit card company? |
