ACCOUNT DELETED What to do?
 

Hello there,

I have somewhere between 35-40k in a deleted account. Amazon Payments tells me I am going to get paid in about 60 days. I can't log in. Seller Performance claimed they were going to take the money right after this happened. I don't want to give Jeff Bezos 30k. That being say . Woulld you expect to get paid? Should I send them a nice legal letter ? I feel like i need a attorney. Just want to see if there is way to get the funds before having to file arbitration.

You seem to not have learned your lesson from the first few accounts that have gotten limited......so why not just make another account and sell more stuff that will get you limited. Eventually you might learn that the products your selling are against amazons policy.....but until then...just keep post your stories of confiscated money and the rest of us will learn from your mistakes.

I wonder what lead to this? They should have emailed you why they blocked your account.

I very stupidly, called in and they linked it through a phone number. Litterally 2 minutes later. Got the email death. Lesson learned very painfully. Always had turned off caller id. Just want to get back my funds.

For the record: I do NOT recommend calling Amazon on stealth accounts ever for this very reason. Amazon is CUTTHROAT on stealth. eBay is a joke comparatively.

Lesson, learned. Amazon payments says I'll get paid in 60 days. Amazon Seller Performance, told me to f-off. If your lawyers write a letter who should they be sent to ? Will it work? Or will I need to go to Arbitration.

they will not take you serious since you sold something against their t.o.s . you agreed to the 60 day's be lucky they are not being worst off with it.

Will I get paid even Seller-performance says I won't? I am confused and don't trust either of them.

Who knows. Worth following up with Payments in 60 days.
