Policy Suspension

I accidently listed a laser pointer for cats and was suspended.

I clearly broke a policy. Anyway of getting back, that is worth the while or open new acct?

Sounds like theres nothing to lose by calling in and trying to get the account back. Like Elmo said just try to reason with them and play it very innocent.
