Default I have problems accessing my account.

I have problems accessing my account.

It started with the fact that I had to add other bank account details to my account, I decided to try a new bank with the best fees for accepting payments.

Then I got a suspension, I was asked to send receipts from the suppliers. I sent and suspension was removed.

During this, I received another suspension, the security system has detected suspicious activity, as if someone is trying to steal my account. I thought that this was because i added new bank account to make a payment.

Recently I received again another email about the problem as the last time.

I changed the password as they required, was written that the password was changed successfully, but it did not become active. And I still cannot login to account.

I was going to activate two step verification in order to improve the security of my account, but now I can not even log in.

I wrote about this all on the seller-performance@amazon.com, but I have not had any response for a couple of days.
What should I do ? How i can contact them and solve it?

You can use your buyer account to talk with amz support about this issue. If they can not solve it they will transfer it to someone who can

it may have been deleted
but if youve received an email about some suspicious activity on the account then see if the email mentions something about a phishing scam attempt on your account or something where they mention in the email that they have temporarily blocked access to the account to protect it,then its possible to get it back

can you access the buyer account

The account has most likely been deleted by Amazon.

I would advise everyone NOT to change bank details because I had similar issues and so have others. It is highly likely that once you change bank details they will suspend the account because they see it as fraud and money laundering.

You need to try and get in touch with seller support and email the payments investigations team. I think their email is paymentsinvestigate@amazon.com

the best way is to email the payments it usually works
i have had 1 account recently which was deleted and i recieved an email from amazon where they mentioned a phishing scam and someone trying to access the account .i wrote to seller support and in the case of that 1 account that asked me to call seller support and mention the email and ask them to restore access but they also asked not to mention anything about the seller account .just talk about the buyer account.

if your acc is deleted because of something like that then this would be a good option.if its deleted because of linkage or any other reason then contact payments

I wrote there too.
I described the problem in detail.
But so far no response has been received from them.

I tried to call they created a case, but they did not answer anything about it and did not solve the problem.

Does anyone know how to solve this all and where do I write or call for a solving?

Your account is locked, Amazon does not display any kind of notification for this which is silly, but it will just raise a 'Wrong password' error and its the standard for many issues like;

- Too many refunds/returns.
- Issue with the payment instrument used to pay for goods including bad gift balance.
- Issues with your selling account.

You SHOULD have got an email detailing exactly why your account was locked, it could be the generic AVS email or something similar. If your account was compromised you need to phone up and ask specifically for the 'password escalation team', if its to do with ANYTHING else the reps on live chat/phone will NOT be able to help you so dont waste your time, they will simply refer you to the 'account specialist' team who are only available via email.

How quickly they answered you? I wrote them a week ago till now is no answer.

I continue to receive emails from amazon, they are ready to transfer money to me if I add my bank account again, but I still can not get into my account.
