Legal Battle against the Gorilla Advise! Please help and share
 

Your account get locked, up. Account gets linked. There is a lot of money. Only advise I have seen is to go the legal one and get a lawyer. Does anyone have success with having the lawayer write a letter before arbitration? Basically I just want to get the mone released at day 90. But I am willing to go into battle and arbitrate. However, does anyone have experience of sending a legal letter to their Registered Agent in Seatle, or Emailing the letter to jeff@amazon, and seller-performance? Any thoughts?

you are making different threads about the same topic hoping to get a different answer, you money will be released at 90 days, just wait. Evidently you haven't a clue about stealth, learn it, memorize it and use it instead of getting your money stuck in amazon. Listen to people on here, they know alot more about stealth than you do, so listen.

I have been there with around 10000 $$stucked:ban?: .

I have filed complaints with BBB and State Attorney :surrender:.

Then filed complaints with Money service regulating agencies .

You cant believe it , but it worked magically.

Fund =}-were released before 90 day hold.

Just send a well written email ,put facts, dates and explanation why Amazon is holding your fund illegally or without reason.

I think legally they can hold the fund till day 90 . But they can't block the account and seize the funds if there is profit. They play on your navity and intimadation. Did you write a letter to their registered agent? I heard from payments we are going to get paid, but seller performance told us to f-off. Thats why i want to write a legal letter now. That way we can get paid when we should.

I would wait until day 90 before doing anything stupid.

Write payments again and ask for confirmation. Sometimes Performance has no idea what they're talking about.

Once I got an email saying my account was linked and I was banned and then an 2 hours later got an email notifying me I just sold another product....

And another after that. And more the next day....

lol.
