New Suspension Route for Amazon
 

Hello All,

I belong to amazon group and saw this seller suspension issue come up

We recently contacted you about confirming shipment for orders you have not actually sent to buyers. Because you are still confirming shipment before sending any part of the order, you currently may not sell on Amazon.com. Funds will not be transferred to you but will stay in your account while we work with you to address this issue. If you have any open orders, please ship them.


How much of this will trigger a suspension. I have never seen it before and opertated a monthly six figure account. Any ideas?

I don't think this would become a problem whatsoever if you ship your orders daily and include tracking numbers.

Hello OP,

I just get this email in my main account which sales are around $50,000 this month.
I always printed shipping labels first by using stamps.com.
Did you get your account back ?

This is an easy appeal to Amazon. Google about how to set up your appeal and definitely read the Amazon forums. That's where I got the best advice.

MAKE SURE YOU FORMAT THE APPEAL THE WAY THEY TELL YOU TO OR YOU WILL BE DENIED FOR SURE.

It has happened to me twice on the same account and I am appealing now.
