amazon is holding my money
 

they hold 700$ of my funds from when i used to be a seller, got suspended, got the 90 days hold email.
90 days are long gone 10 days ago
sent them emails
hardly get an answer

today i got that from them

Well you can do what they said......to wait until they finish reviewing your account. Seems straight forward.

well obviously...
im just worried because i heard of cases they wipe the account clean and dont release the funds...
any experience on how long this should take ?

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but yes, there's a chance they can do that.

I don't know what you are selling, but try to get someone on the phone. And see if they can help you. Sending emails will take time or get ignored.

Also, the amazon ghost is a very important tool if you really wanna have a strong account on Amazon.

I'm not entirely clear they can simply 'keep' the money.

Even PP releases after 180 days, they don't just keep funds forever.

That doesn't mean they will give it to YOU, just that eventually it will be turned over to the State during an escheat process.

120 days sometimes, if u sold ⊗⊗⊗⊗ u are done there, they keep the money!

be happy u are not deleted! there is a chance

What are you talking about?

Everyone knows that anytime it involves Seller Performance and ESPECIALLY the "Account Specialist" the phone is worthless. These people work in offices from the 1800s with no phone lines or emails, just a Computer that can only send emails that are generic and copy paste.

PLEASE:

If you EVER get any kind of issue with Seller Performance or "Account Specialist" Do NOT waste your time on the phone. Seller Support CANNOT help you. They can't even tell you what's going on.

If they don't respond soon then get in touch with the Financial Ombudsman. They cannot hold your money like this. It's a crime.
