Suspended from Amazon due to dropship supplier
 

I've just been suspended from Amazon for high cancellation rate and order defect rate. All products I sell are dropshipped using my suppliers. I need some help with making the appeal plan.

I've received EAN numbers from a supplier what are not assigned to the correct product page on Amazon. This is the reason for the high cancellation rate. Should I admit to Amazon on the appeal I've received the incorrect EAN numbers from a supplier?

The order defect rate was caused by 2 negative feedback's I received. With one order the supplier listed products as in stock and they were not in stock. I would only realise the supplier did not dispatch the order when my customer chased up the order. Should I also admit to Amazon that the supplier mistakenly did not dispatch the order?

Please check the below webpage stating that dropshipping is generally allowed apart from purchasing products from another online retailer and having that retailer ship directly to customers.

That is the risks you have to take when drop shipping. You're putting your whole business in the hands of your supplier.

I would NOT tell amazon that you're drop shipping. I would say there was a mixup with an order and will not happen again. And give CLEAR steps that you're going to set into place for this to never happen again.

They aren't going to take your EAN excuse whatsoever. That's your fault.

You need to:

OWN your mistakes.

And DETAIL how you're going to FIX and PREVENT them in the future.

DO NOT admit to Dropshipping.

Say something about your inventory control or whatever and make a plan that makes sense to correct it.

yes never admit you were dropshiping

i lost two accounts to trying that oblerlo bull**** dropshipping, i got them back with a letter from theamazonapeal they cost me 149 and the letter took care of ALL my issues the guy did a teamviewer and went thru my account and made me a letter with issues they didnt even mention, amazon never mentions everything they expect you to find them

i used the same letter to bail both accounts out. and BEGGED the negative people to remove gave them refunds and let them keep the product i got 2 out of 3 feedbacks removed

do not use that dropshipping app its a scam it sucks and will run your account i paid more in returns and bailouts then i made in sales, a total $hitstorm
