keep getting a compliance email from manufacturer
 

Some manufacture keeps emailing me saying im not an authorized dealer. I have responded a few times asking for an official phone number and ext to verify their request and they never respond. I even emailed another seller who claims they think is someone abusing the messaging system because he got a take down notice from a gmail account and gave amazon invoices and got reinstated.

What can I do? Im not an authorized dealer, but i find it very funny they are not responding to my emails and expect me to send a random person invoices.

I thought it was some seller because they sent a take down for a few asins and low and behold a seller had the buybox on all asins listed.

If this is legit it does not seem like the best way to go about it.

Doesn't sound so professional on the part of this "manufacturer" (suspect). If you have responded a few times and no answer back, probably best to forget it.

If they dont respond then they dont respond, it sounds to me like its another seller trying to bull**** you. If you want to PM me the item/company I can do some back tracing for you.

Did you removed your ASIN in past? If they did then don't ignore them you will loose your account what's the Asin if you like to share

they are only going after a few asins. less then a handful. When they first sent the email there was one seller who had the buybox on all the asins, so i figured it was that seller. but now i dont see that seller at all.


I sold one item over the weekend and it sold sat night and on monday they sent another email saying they noticed I "was" selling that asin.

Why are they just going after a few asins? and how hard is it to respond?

Well you can pm me asin if you don't want to share it's depends if it's generic item or branded
If they own the brand they have right to report even if they not selling on AZ

AZ are very strict for copyrights you may loose your account
