So I received this email form amazon

Did you happen to use a prepaid card to make your purchase? This happens when the payment details come back as incorrect, as Amazon dont use CVV payments they go off their own fraud detection which is very, very effective. Even if you do send those details, Amazon has been known to simply send the same email over and over and over. All you can do is keep replying with the same email and they may well unlock your account.
