What type of invoices does SP accept ? What type do they reject?

Someone said Proforma invoices from China are never accepted which is nuts because thats what suppliers use in China and are legit invoices.

All the details need to exact. Suppliers info, your info, then the ASIN details need to be exact, quantities and if the supplier has a authorisation stamp you need that.

Search distributors/wholesalers on google for the product you're trying to sell, those will give you the highest chances of passing.

They are very choosy about what they accept these days! You sometimes do have to submit the same invoices a few times.

I guess, I did all that a long time ago fighting a counterfeit suspension and they just told us to go to hell. Never accepted any invoices.

They didn't. Thats what I don't get. So, say you sell your own brand, ZZZ

They suspend the listing for Product YZ from ZZZ. What invoices do you submit?

Invoices for Product YZ with your own brand, ZZZ that reflects sales volume to Amazon over the 90 day period or;

Invoices from your supplier over seas for Product YZ with your own brand, ZZZ?

I'm just so confused on what they mean by, Invoices. Anyone clarify, please?

What invoices has anyone submitted that SP has accepted after questioning the "authenticity" of a product? Were they your own (whether legit or ⊗⊗⊗⊗), or from your supplier overseas?

They don't need stamps to approve... But you need legit looking distributor invoices.

They don't look like your average order confirmation receipt.

Correct; if you're reselling someone else's product you would need distributor or authorization from the Manufacturer.

However, what about your own brand? They do not accept proforma or commercial invoices. What do they accept then?

I noticed they simply reject Chinese invoices does not matter if it's genuine in uk they accept European invoices without any issue

right, so if your product is source from china what do you do? Make European invoices?

They seem to state they check your invoices by verifying them with the supplier.

Thats where your wrong, all the categories i get ungated in are done by Chinese invoices, just need to be reputable companies.

If you get ungated by Chinese invoices, are they regular invoices that your suppliers make that don't say Commercial/Proforma on them and are PDF's? Can you clarify in more detail, please, Garry? Appreciate it.


Ghost, I only think if your selling a big brand they check. People mention with their own brands they respond sometimes within an hour with a denial or approval to relist the or remove the item. No way they can check that fast. But they can check, i've seen where people mentioned they called the supplier.

Maybe your luck but my invoices always rejected even well knows companies in China where European invoice accepted in few hours

Yes my invoices are emailed to me, i tend to just print it off and then scan it in again (not sure if this does anything, just makes it feel like its more physical :noidea: )

They have passed the invoice but have suspended the account and have told us to contact publisher to remove thier complaint regarding.
The probability is too low that Publishers will write to amazon that you may allow this seller to sell their product.
How to resolve it now or what to write to publishers. I have submitted invoices using innovative means.
please let me know if anyone got any success.
