28 days rule for older accounts?

I have an ac**** that is about 5 months old, but haven't sold anything yet.

Does the "sell below $700 in first 28 days" rule affect this account as well... or just the new accounts?

You may go into a review if you start selling on an inactive account but reviews aren't bad... Just keep your account in excellent standing and follow stealth routine

Your account is still new. It has no history at all and is quite young at 5 months.
