Hello everyone i have one question i was banned before in Amazon UK running business under my name now i ma thinking to open an amazon account under my brothers name, is it a problem that hes surname is the same as mine ? i guess thousand people have the same surnames

The address and products would be bigger issues unless your name is uncommon.

Using the same surname is usually fine so long as you have new address and new products

He lives in a different address but in the same country is that ok ? the products will not be exactly the same, i am selling canvas posters so the only thing i can change is the theme of the posters

Ideally you want to use unique information and sell entirely unique products

The more differences you can do the better chances you won't get linked

As elmo said, the more similar your accounts the more likely you are to be linked.

Surname alone won't link you. But same surname, same city, and same product category MIGHT be enough to link you. This is just an example. The more similarities there are, the higher the odds Amazon links and shuts them down.
