Has anyone used these companies that help get your account re-instated? My friend used this one, https://www.themarketplaceexperts.com/ but I can not find much online. Would like to compare others before I just choose the first one that I know of...

tell us what amazon is asking for and we can write you a letter free of charge. Getting reinstated for anything is not hard on amazon with the exception of selling foofoo

foofoo= counterfeit claims. another common term is Cake for anything not real.

When you say counterfeit, does that also include the IP/trademark infringement violations? I'm in that boat, and haven't been able to get any retractions because the a-holes don't care to respond.

It's pretty simple to write a reinstatement letter unless you aren't good with your words. You basically need to admit to everything and give clear guidelines of how are you going to fix the issue and let it never happen again.

It might be worth using a website like them one time to have a basic template for a reinstatement letter to reuse in the future if you get suspended again

i tried to aliexpress dropship thru olberlo on two of my accounts and woo what a $hitstorm got hit for wrong tracking, not as described, slow ship, ect.. anyone thinking for trying that drop ship oberlo thing dont do it. what a nightmare all the returns and cost of reinstatement cost me more then i made
