Share your IP infringement suspension experiences
Has anyone, anywhere, any way had their account reinstated after IP infringement complaints where the rightsholder does not respond to repeated emails (99.99% of them) and does not retract? If so, how? I find it amazing that Amazon has a system whereby "rightsholders" can submit a complaint, but then no requirement to respond to the seller. It's an obvious exploit, and they wonder why people are creating stealth accounts. Or, maybe they don't wonder:) |
