Worth trying to unban?
 

Hi,

to keep story short, my brand registered amazon seller account got suspended for counterfeit. Removed those listings instantly.

This is the first message of them:

Tried to appeal and got this message:

And after second appeal:
http://prntscr.com/g1sbc0

So is it worth spending money to unban this account? Or better open a new one?

Amazon is pretty hardcore on the accusation of counterfeit - you tried a few times to unblock it and it has not worked - I wouldn't waste money on this account.

You know how to open a new one with no links?

No. Didn't look at that stuff yet since I though maybe this account is not doomed yet.

Creating a new fresh account and having a limit on created ASINs looks like a huge trouble for starting up my listings back again

It seems you could have potentially restored at message 2 with invoices

But at message 3 it's pretty clear you wouldn't be able to restore

Try sending them a message requesting another review if you provide purchase invoices

My guess is they won't respond

Could you reccommend if this amazon stealth guide is still usable?

Dude, I am exactly at the same situation. I have sent my appeal couple minutes ago with an invoice. Fingers crossed!

did you use google translate on this one? Because the last sentence in the second pic doesn't make sense at all.
