Need advice with a Plan of Action

Hello forum,

A month ago I have reinstated my sellers account it was suspended because of ODR (2.15%). Sales were very low this month, but a week ago it started getting momentum ODR was 1.75% and then a customer opened an AtoZ and and I got suspended again.

At the moment my account metrics show the same negative feedbacks and AtoZ claim for which the account was suspended a month ago + a new AtoZ claim.

My question: Do I send the same plan as a month ago, I just update it so it would be relevant to the current AtoZ claim? or I send a completely new plan?

Amazon notification:
"<...> To accept seller-fulfilled orders on Amazon.co.uk, please send a plan that explains how you will address this problem. For help creating your plan, search for "Appeal the Removal of Selling Privileges" in Seller Central Help. When you are ready, send your plan to seller-performance[at]amazon.co.uk.

Once your plan has been received, it will be reviewed and Amazon will decide whether you may accept seller-fulfilled orders again. <...>"

Write a completely new plan addressing the new issues as to why you had another complaint.

They want to see you taking action to fix issues so they don't happen again

Exactly same thing happened to me as well. In the 2nd time I have sent 1st appeal with few more sentences, it worked for me.
