hi guys

my last amazon buyer account closed by amazon and they send this email .
You are unable to access your account or place orders with us until we confirm your details. Please do not attempt to open any new accounts.

To resolve this issue, please send one of the following documents to our secure fax line.

-- A telephone, electricity, or other utility bill that clearly shows your name and address.
-- A scanned copy of the photo and information page of either a valid passport or a scanned copy of both sides of your identity card...

if i create document with photoshop then will work ?
and how i can find photoshop service there?
also can i use vanila vcc for amazon buyer account ?

i reply for both account with all info for 3-4 time they sended that email again !
this never happened for me !

Are you sure the documents you have provided them match the name/address on the account exactly?

Just wait for few days. They take time to remove suspension. They dont usually do it right away.

I hope you have mentioned your email ID and amazon store name on he top of the page so they can identify who you are and make sure Fax gone though properly.

If they are requesting a fax, you need to fax, not email

There are websites online that will send jpgs via fax if necessary

You are going to get that email by default when you respond. Stop sending the stuff over and over. Just wait

Your BUYER ACCOUNT. Need more info. Were you using a gift card? Is this a new account?

Ive gotten that 2 weeks ago with a new account using a Vanilla gift card.

I sent them an email all in caps saying how ridiculous the email was and NO ONE has a fax these days and I was using a vanilla gift card and they didnt need any of that info. 2 hours later, my order was processed.
Amazon is starting to piss me off these days.

i had two acc
one was new and i just redeem 40$ amazon and other was old account (8-9 month)
