got this email from:listings-report-proactive@amazon.com

We reviewed your account and determined that you may no longer sell on Amazon.com or Amazon.ca. Your listings have been removed from our site. This decision is due in part because we were unable to verify information related to your seller account, including information related to your selling history and listings.

Please ship any open orders. If you have any funds in your account, they will be available after any amounts paid for A-to-z claims or chargebacks on your orders have been deducted. This usually takes about 90 days, but funds may be held longer. You can see your balance and settlement information in the Payments section of Seller Central. Its all reviewed by bots. I never even sent them an appeal and they sent me a letter saing they reviewed my appeal and reinstated my account.

Just seems like you got an automated email mix up and they got 2 of their auto emails combined. You need to figure out the first issue first. Figure out what you did wrong in the verification process. You using a bad card, bank acount, bad address. Linked address. You dont fix that, you will contaminate any thing else that happens.

Only issue is I don't even know what went wrong.

I've had the account for 3 months. Use 24vc so it's no linking.
All same info since beginning. I wish there was a reason so I can Plan of action it. I still have access to the account. Don't know what went wrong

Send them a plan that says you'll cooperate with Amazon to verify your account by any means necessary.

Then wait for a response.

well heres the issue..

they sent me that suspension letter on friday.

that same evening i wrote to SS asking them for a reason for suspension so i can review our company and fix the issue and write a proper POA.

so not even 5 hours later around 1-2 AM central standard time i get an email from them saying they want invoICES and DUNS number and that this will help the review along and all that.

so the that same day i sent them all JPG photos of my invoices and my DUNS number.

dont hear anything back until this tuesday..

it was the kiss of death letter which people call the ban letter

but weird thing is this"

the subject of the email said amazon inquiry- which leads me suspect that they are answering my SS inquiry/

2- i was told it usually takes about a week for them to answer back when you submit and appeal.

3- i still had an appeal button to submit a POA still active..

so i sent a detailed POA and that was tuesday...

i hope this account isnt burnt...


do they usually take 3 whole months to suspend you for bad verification or bad CC on file?

i think it had to do with me having 9 FBM sales within an hour. (did a flash sale giveaway)

I can't say for sure, but both Amazon and PayPal react to fast sales all of a sudden with limitation and invoice requests. That seems to coincide with whats happened here.

In future, just make sure to always keep things consistent. Avoid all of a sudden spikes in sales, especially on premature accounts. This can be done very easily by limiting the QTY you put up for sale.

Yeah it was cause I ran out of FBA stock and needed 9 more for the giveaway for reviews. I wish I hadn't.

So they are pre suspending people now instead of just holding funds like before with velocity reviews? I gave them everything and even sent a general all bases covered PLan of action. I also got all positive seller feedback from those FBM buyers too.
