Blocked Account
 

Have a blocked account with large balance . Called in two weeks ago . Seller support couldn't lookup the balance . Now they know how much money is in the account . What's changed ? Account is still blocked any thoughts?

I thought Seller Support couldn't see the account if it's totally blocked? That they are telling me the balance is a good sign?

Are you concerned they may use the funds to help cover the purchase of Wholefoods?

Yes! I just want to be made whole. I have had accounts get suspened, but always able to log in and see everything. You feel better. Seller Support wouldn't tell me the balance two weeks ago. Right now they can. Why would that change? That piece was blocked.

He's making a joke. Amazon just purchased WholeFoods, the grocery chain. He's saying they're going to use your money to help fund that purchase. It's well documented that Amazon often doesn't return funds in "deleted" accounts.

You have to spam them with emails.

Youre asking us "what changed?" How would we possibly know what changed. Its your account. You tell us. Could be a number of any reasons.
Also depends on what type of seller support you reached. The typical philipines chat guy doesnt have access to that.
