Strange - Inauthentic Complaint but still have buybox
A buyer complained they received a XXXX product and mentioned the word XXXX in their email communication.
After further enquiries, they emailed again to apologise and explained they had jumped the gun and made an error when the product was actually genuine.
3 days later we received an email from the friendly team at SP demanding that we:
" Provide Copies of invoices or receipts from our supplier issued in the last 365 days .. we removed your listings etc"
This was 7 days ago, the product has not been removed, it is still showing as active in our inventory and we also have the buybox.
This leads me to believe that it was flagged by a bot but someone in SP realised the buyers error and cancelled the listing removal but didn't go as far as cancelling the bot's automated email.
Has anyone experienced anything like this?
