I only need a single new stealth account and it will be used heavily on my main and only computer.

If I was to reinstall Windows 7 on my computer (Nuke SSD and install fresh with a new user name) then created a VPN with 24VC and created a new Amazon Stealth account would this in anyway create linkage?

Possible concerns would be my browser behaviour and computer specifications (if Amazon can see that). For example, my computer will be the same specifications (hardware and resolution) and if I will eventually have a long string of cookies of all sorts of sites I visit regularly like I do now, would Amazon see this? Would it create linkage?
