A few stealth questions

A few questions:

From other forums it appears the consensus is for new Amazon accounts you are limited to $750 a month for sales and if you exceed this you will be flagged, reviewed and potentially suspended.

1) To what extent is this $750 limit enforced? Is it arbitrary?
2) How long do these limits last for new accounts? (This will be in the book category).
3) Is there a way to exceed this limit and not be embargoed?
4) What exactly happens if I go over this $750 limit? Am I suspended from selling and if so, how long does this last?
5) I usually sell $4000 - $10000 a month on my account and do strictly FBA. At what rate should I send in FBA inventory and chase sales? During over what time frame?

I'll be switching my current operations on my suspended account to this new stealth account. In my previous post I mentioned I have >4500 LB, or 2000 textbooks at FBA which I must remove and I'd preferably like to process and resend these all in to my new stealth account in one fell swoop. From my experience reading on Stealth this would create ASIN linkage.

I would in this case require additional ASIN's to dilute the pool to divert linkage. I've heard ratios from 4:1 to 16:1 using different categories (does it have to be? Im in the broadest category: books); but this begs the question:

6) Can I have these additional "dummy" ASIN's in my inventory but with "0" quantity? I wont actually have these ASIN's for sell. Would the "0" quantity negate their ability to dilute ASIN linkage? Would it raise flags?
7) Would it be fine if they're all in the book category? I believe dabbling with other category ASIN's could create more issues because anything outside of books is generally harder to get in to and may raise more eyebrows.

My current conviction would be to upload a 4:1 ratio of dummy ASIN's along with my actual real inventory every day. I'll start small but look to get the entire amount shipped back to FBA within the month.

Roughly as follows:

1st day: 25 real asins, 75 dummy asins (0 inventory)
2nd day: 50 real asins, 150 dummy asins (0 inventory)
3rd day: 75 real asins, 225 dummy asins (0 inventory)

In the end I will have all the same ASIN's in my account as my current suspended account at the 1:4 ratio. Using the above pattern at +25 per day it would take roughly 12 days to get 2000 inventory and 6000 dummy ASINs.

8) Is the above ratio too quickly? At what rate do you recommend I process this inventory?

I would like to ask what you think my best approach would be in this situation and any other tidbits. This is the only forum on the internet I can get resources from on this situation.

I've been spending a lot of time contemplating my plan of action. This video clip summarizes hows my mind has felt over the past week, replace the death and horrors of the Vietnam jungles with Amazon:

What do you mean by "dummy ASINs"? how do you get dummy ASIN numbers? Also when you upload them or create them (the dummy ASINs) doesnt the quantity be at least 1? do you set them to 0 later on? I am in a similar situation as you are and dont know how to proceed.
thanks

Hey sfenoid,

By "dummy ASIN's" I mean ASIN's of inventory I dont actually have to sell - So I would upload these using the inventory uploader and they would be in your inventory but the quantity would say "0".

The quantity would only change unless you change it.

I was asking if this would work to "mask" the other ASIN's of actual real inventory you are trying to sell.

That is what I am wondering too. How do you obtain all the dummy ASINs in large quantity like that?

There are plenty of resources online of spreadsheets that give ASIN's, you just got to find them

I am selling on US amazon with an new account created one month ago. I registered my address in China. The first month I sold about $1142 worth of product and after deducting the amazon fee, I got about $800. I am an individual seller because I am afraid that upgrading to pro seller may raised the documents request. I have zero feedback, zero claim, and zero return. I did the shipment by FBA. I haven't have any issue yet.

Just to give you info about the first month $750 limit.
