Register from Amazon.co.jp/.ca/.com.mx or .com?

I was wondering if the registration process is easier depending on the marketplace you first register your account.
My old account was unified (Amazon.co.jp/.ca/.com.mx/.com) and during the years I noticed that Amazon.co.jp is less stricter than Amazon.com in terms of suspension for bad metrics etc.

Would it be the case also for the initial account verification?

If I am not wrong once you are in and verified you can activate your listing in other markets as well.

Anyone ever tried this?

From my experience they all have some form of verification

USA I would consider the hardest, followed by UK, CA and JP
