How do you get Feedback on AMZ
 

I use to add flyers to the parcels thanking my customers and asking for feedback. But it won't work well. Have a 2 % feedback rate on all accounts. Which I wouldn't mind at all, if AMZ wouldn't hold the sellers responsible for their ineffective-not-working-feedback-system.

Feel free to share your method of gaining feedback.

That's the crazy thing about Amazon. They don't push for buyers to leave fb, so no none does. BUt if they have a bad experience, you'd better believe the'll leave fb then.

Contact your buyers view email/message. I have the best luck getting feedback that way

Just ask them for an honest review and that you strive for 5 stars. Ask them if there is anything you can do to earn that 5 star review as you're a new seller eager to serve :)

Do something extra/unexpected. "We sent this 2-day priority though you paid for standard shipping."

There is nothing that you can do, believe me. 95% of my feedbacks was from customers which contacted me for any reason (speed up delivery, resolve any issue, new delivery address and etc.) leave me a positive feedback after I make a request for it.

Good luck with FB on Amazon. The only way to get it is to do a bad job lol. I have 48 sales in the past year on my main account. I have 1 FB to show for it. I went through and messaged everyone a while back and requested FB and none of them left it lol

Its a numbers game.You message every buyer and hope for the best.
