Amazon feedback
Couple of things about the Amazon feedback system.
1. Have noticed that Amazon seller support is no longer removing negative feedback. For years, you could lobby and lobby with kind notes...and eventually, it would get removed.
Now, they have put up a brick wall, and very little gets removed.
Wondering if anyone else has any thoughts on this.
2. Noticed that there are sellers whose feedback HAS to be ⊗⊗⊗⊗...all given to them by one or two buyers, and all suspiciously similar statements. Too, I find it impossible to believe that a company can have over a million feedbacks lest they be ⊗⊗⊗⊗.
Wondering if there is a reliable bot service that is doing this. Because I sure would like in if so.
