amazon.co.uk site any new policy update for seller account?
 

hello,
I am seller in amazon.co.uk site and create new amazon account and the account are limited couple of hrs and upload document require.
I am facing this kind of error today.

anybody have solution please share here.

That is due to a couple reasons.

1. Your system is flagging the account and is causing a request for documents up front. Meaning your creation setup is flawed.

2. This time of year Amazon ramps up security on seller registration to limit the amount of sellers it accepts in due to the holiday season. This happens every year around this time.

Exactly the same happened to me, and I created a couple of account with my method, just now they suddenly asked for docs right away. Suppose I did everything right. I can provide the documents with a bit of creativity. Do you think it's worth the effort? The account have to be verified anyway one day (15k mark), so the question would be if they want to start the verification process right from the beginning does it mean the account is toast or is there a chance to verify it, if no mistakes were made during the creation?

I am also having the same thing

right after the setup they ask for the Doc

i created 4 account the other day all of them being ask for the Docs

the amazing thing is they ask different Doc for each account

some for me, i lose my stealth account for bad perfomace (2% order DAMN!) and i create new account on amazon.it (i from italy) and right after the setup they ask for the Doc (identity card and Residence document) is a new policy? to the sales support they said it was always required immediately to sell, but of course it is not true.

I have a similar experience.

on one account I used: 24vc fresh ip, vcc from the marketplace here and was able to sell right away (until 15k limit). However when I added the bank account 3 weeks later, the account was limited by seller performance right away they wanted to verify the account and to see docs.

On another account, I used a 5 $ IP (in my country most IP's aren't overused, so i figured it was safe to use a cheaper dedicated IP - dont do that if you pretend to be from UK or US) and a 10$ vcc from some indian dude and got asked for docs right away.

In both cases I gave them what they asked for.

Fun fact: 1st account is still in verification process, second account was fully verified and works like a charm.

something is not right in your creation method, I crested recently without any issue

do you get selling privileges removed email? or simply it says on the top we verifying your information? which is quite normal

not selling privileges removed but simply one notification on header of home page document require click here for more info and redirect page to account detail there shown limited account and submit document. ID proof and address proof

That is normal these days on Amazon

You just need to provide them with what they are asking for
