Hello, It's been a while since I have checked in the forum. I hope I can get some help on my issue. I have a product that sold fairly well on FBA; however, it has 1.5 star product review. I am considering restocking this item with FBA because I sold them all; however, I am concerned with the 1.5 product rating. My question is “should I create a totally new product with UPC or use the same UPC with the bad product review? The item has received a total of 13 reviews. Thanks.

Just my thoughts on this. You have an Item and it sells well even tho you the item has only 1.5 stars from 13 buyers. To be honest this item seems to be a pile of cr#p. Which leads me to: If the item is really crap and you relist it with another UPC do you expect the ratings for it to be better? Since you sell it well, it seems like - apart from the bad reviews - the item has a pretty good ranking, so why not leave things where they are. If you create a new asin for the same product amazon will not like that too. so why risk your account on this?

It depends heavily waht kind of products do you sell. Supplements will work for some and for some won't. You are doomed and will get 1 stars no doubt.

If you sell dog bowl there is little that can go wrong so you are not gonna get many 1 stars.

Think about product nature.
