Amazon Buyers Account Locked? Billing Address Verfication Via Credit Card
 

I`m having issue when using my Pre-paid Credit cards the Amazon accounts get locked till I can provide Amazon with a Billing statement and I.D.

My Question is which pre-paid credit cards let you add a Billing Address to the card so amazon can verify billing address on file :juggle:

Cards for buyer accounts must be AVS matching

You'll have a very hard time finding a card that is accepting for a buyer account with mismatching info

Hopefully others have more info that can help :thumb:

Not true. I know of prepaid cards that have no address or name attached to it that work.

I've read in a few places that the name on your prepaid card needs to match for amazon purchases.

Is this true? I thought the name you put on a prepaid card didn't matter.

For buyer accounts they tend to do AVS.

If you're lucky, you'll find a card that accepts charges with mismatching info

Name doesn't matter - you can use whatever name you want.

The address info match (if it is done on the platform) is what is more relevant

I have the exactly same problem before. I called amazon everyday for about a week until I reached a manager and told her how unreasonable that they asked for statement of a pre-paid gift card. Then she said sorry and unlocked my account immediately.

How did you manage to do that?

The email specifically says that Customer Support is unable to fix the problem, and that you only can send docs to that other email address.

Tell me more please. What exactly did you tell the manager and what information did you transmit?
