If you are in Italy you can just add an italian bank account.

i already have a ban, so i suppose i need severals (virtual) bank account / credit card with iban...right ?

no you need a new bank account in italy and add it. You will enter the IBAN and Swift from that new bank account and your stealth name as payee

i have been already banned,
anyway for the things i sell,
they requires VAT/Partita IVA.

Bank accounts shall be in your real name only, what do you mean with limited number?
You can open bank online, street bank accounts, even debit cards like PostaPay Evolution card has IBAN attached to it, I do not know if this works on AMZ , need to be tested but you have plenty of options.

No you can*t. You need to open a new bank account.

Payoneer works well.

You can add a bank from any country as long as it's supported by Amazon.
