Unable to sell HP on Amazon

Due to my ebay suspension, I wanted to consider selling via Amazon, my main products are HP servers, however I have discovered this is not possible without HP authorising letter?

As an independent IT Asset recovery company, this seems most unlikely to happen, has anyone an answer how to proceed?

You need a authorizing letter or invoice with HP items (you can see min request for the doc when you ask to sell the brand on Amazon).
