Anyone ever weathered a 30% late shipping rate?
 
furk......went for a nap at around 10pm and woke up at 3:02am est(just missed the cut off!).


I know this was so stupid of me, but this is going to cause me to get about a 30% late shipping rate.

stupid stupid stupid.....everything else is perfect(100%), account is 4 years old...

Any hope I can survive this? worst time of the year too!!!:mad2:

Should I contact Amazon? Some say dont, some say do? :doh:

I think you ll be fine. I had 18% late shipping rate and boot suspanded me. In appeal I just apologised and wrote what steps needs to take in future. All went well.

I don't think you'll get suspended. Maybe a warning but thats all.

Hope not. Metrics have not hit yet, but i already lost my premium shipping options. Have to send in a appeal to get it back. Doesnt state the reason. Metrics are still showing 100% so I can only assume I lost premium shipping because of this issue?
