This sounds great, but I am generally hyper paranoid. Is there anyway Amazon could cross reference an AMZ review ring where the same group of accounts seem to all review each other positively and correlate this as so?

It's not considered a "ring" if you are providing your honest review of the product. This is still under current tos. Amazon has a problem with incentivized reviews.

This is the same as people giving each other positive feedback. People have tried to get a bunch of people together and it never works out in the end.

I've been in one for almost 18 months. No problems at all. Even during the huge review banning debacle, not one problem. It's a bit different when its amongst sellers.

Yeah I would be careful, Really careful! My account is currently under appeal for a suspension I got on Thursday for giving compensation for reviews. Something I have never ever done. The most I've done was give a discount code (lots of them) but I never asked for a positive review in return. I simply did it to boost my sales rank. So how Amazon came to this conclusion scares me because its simply not true. In the meantime while waiting for my appeal my sales rank has dropped 10 fold. If I was you I would find 20 friends and family who all have different addresses and have them do the reviews for you. You could repay them quickpay or paypal. By doing some more research I have a feeling someone I gave a discount code too was hammered for posting too many reviews and Amazon gave them to a choice to get their account back. Rat on the seller or loose your account.

I agree, don't use discount codes.
