Add bank account with different name than account holder

Hello. I have Amazon account on my real name and want to start selling. Cause of big taxes of my country I want to add payoneer bank account for cashout. Amazon says that account holder name must match the bank holder name. Is it true? Can I take no attention to this and add payoneer bank account with different bank account holder name?
