another amazon verification question... :noidea:
 

Hello..



so basically started with amazon doing the standard verification. First it was provide the basic. Then they asked me to provide bank statement which i had to ring cash plus, took 10 days before i got the statement delivered from cashplus. Iv had the cashplus on the account for nearly a year and the disbursement have been made to that account.

I uploaded now i got the following message from amazon:

"A scanned copy of a certified bank letter, signed and stamped
- Dated within the last 90 days.
- Signed or stamped by the bank.
- Shows the bank name or logo.
- Confirms the address, bank account number, and account holder’s name"

I spoke to cashplus and they said they cant provide that.. what to do next?

Damn, thats some strict verification!

I've only ever provided drivers license and bank statements for my account, never like this.

You can provide them with what they asked, but the question is do they check / confirm it?

I'd suggest provide them with what they ask.

You have to provide a certified bank statement regardless if your bank offers it or not.

Amazon doesn't care if your bank offers it or not, they want it.

Its BS but its the increased security/screening requirements to selling on UK Amazon at the moment

Its possible they dont see cashplus as a legitmate bank account,they act funny about prepaid banks.Try finding a statement from a more known bank and get creative.
