Vmware set up
 

Hi guys,

I bought an account from Elmo here on the Forum. Through my own fault with I believe my Vmware setup, the account went down. I am ready to buy another account, but Elmo does not do live set up. I am reaching out to guys on the forum to see if anyone is willing to watch me set up a stealth machine and tell me where I went wrong; if anything.

With that, said I know asking strangers to check live may be too much of a stretch as everyone's time is valuable. I made a video recording my process. I'm willing to compensate you if need be as I know your time is valuable. Would you be willing to help a fellow Amazon seller? Yes or no is 100% ok. Either way please let me know.

Well if you installed vm and account went down this must be due to other reason for example you used same internet etc

Maybe if you explain what you used for ip someone will help you

Asking help for totally new setup I don't think any one will offer support
I am sure many post are present on vm setup

Same issue with me, email jeff@amazon.com and seller-performance@amazon.com and ask them what the issue is and to take a better look at it. For me my account went down because I was supposedly linked to another account that was previously suspended.

Within 2 hours my account was unsuspended and back to normal

How did they supposedly link you?

And I am surprised seller performance or Jeff responded. They never responded to any of my emails.

They didn't tell me why. After I listed my first listing I was suspended.

After emailing them they said it was their mistake and that they take precautions like these

Edit: They didn't respond to my appeal but I emailed them a week later and got a response immediately.
