Seller identity verification help!
 

Hey everyone....

Wonder if anyone could help me out?

I just opened an Amazon business acc, and i ried to pass the seller veification, they rejected both my ID and bank statement...

They require a bank statement that shows activity, proof of name and address, but in Spain, statements never ever show that, and i went to the banks to ask them but they said its impossible....

I sent a copy of a UK PP but got rejected. (not good quality i guess)

Does the bank statement accountnumber have to match the disembursement bank acc number? as that is with payoneer....

If this is a stealth account, I'd say the account is pretty much toast if they didn't accept the ID. Start over.

Sometimes they ask for a bank statement to prove your address and sometimes they ask for it to prove ownership of the bank account. For the latter the account number has to match the disbursement bank account number.

i just purchased a new laptop for it, im not gonna throw it in the bin...

Gonna try create a DL or something for the ID

I assume you don't throw your car away once the ashtray is full.

If you have a new laoptop it should be powerful enough to run VMware and start over. Alternatively just delete the OS, reinstall it and start over.

true, is it not worth a try? cant be done simply coz i uploaded an incorect bank statement

If they rejected the bank statement AND the ID as you wrote in your initial post, they rejected both. Boost your creative skillz or find someone with such skills. Then start over.

im gonna try to get better ones, if the fail, move on..
