I am interested in opening an amazon.jp account but couldnt find much info. I was hoping some members here would have experience with it.

Should I get a Japanese IP or is using a USA one okay? What bank account is best to go about this, get a payoneer jp account, or attach a US account.

Depends on what you want information you want to register with

If you're using Japan info to register you should use a Japan IP etc
