New amazon account

I want to create a amazon account using the same information as my eBay stealth account and I want to use same ip address and everything I was wondering should I be aware or do anything differently with the amazon account? My eBay stealth is in good standing so any info of problems that might occur doing this???

Yes you can use and open account without any issue eBay and Amazon does not share information
