Please provide the following documents and confirm there is a valid credit card on file:

--Utility bill with name and address visible
--Business license, if applicable
--If you have active listings, include copies of invoices, receipts, contracts or delivery orders from your supplier issued in the last 90 days.

You can send files in .pdf, .png, or .gif format. These documents must be authentic and unaltered. You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible. Please send the documents to seller-performance@amazon.com.

usualls 2-3 working days. But in some cases it can take a week. I had some accounts that took 3 days with no issue at all. On some accounts amz was being a bitch and asked for the same docs over and over again and it took 3 weeks to get through.

No one can tell you for sure. If you are lucky - 1 day if not... up to 1 month.

In uk they are really fast these days, replied in few hours

Last time i submitted docs, they took 40 minutes to verify, i was seriously impressed.

That's impressive!

I've seen amazon take anywhere from a day to several weeks.

Hopefully they got more reps reviewing paperwork now :)

Sometimes it is really fast, but sometimes not. I recently registered an account and did not hear from Amazon for 3 days already. I think because of the black Friday, Amazon is too busy to reply.

But also one more question, every time i submit the same document, and it is valid, and Amazon keep asking me to submit the required document. Don't know why and what else can i provide ?

fastest I've had was under 3 hours. Worse was about 5 days wait. For appealing suspension that is

Try resubmitting them

If they’re on an endless loop of requesting them try sending different formats
