Amazon request invoices
 

I have Adobe Acrobat to edit the ones that I have and was going to change the dates because they want to see recent invoices.

Does Amazon call the supplier to check the accuracy of the invoices?

They do not often call to verify, but they do sometimes.

As long as they look legit and solid you should be fine

small medium sellers thats just trying out. im sure all the big bucks here have invoices for their thousands of orders but hei, when i first started buying 20pcs of sample, i didnt bother getting an invoice. l:juggle:

Then they need to "bother getting an invoice". Simple as that!

They usually don't verify unless your account health status is very bad, or you have lots of complaint about that product. Then Amazon will go on to verify the authenticity of the invoices

How do they verify them? Just by calling? I am in the same boat in which I have to provide them an invoice of a product and I don't have it.

Can I try work it out with the manufacturer to make an invoice for and older date? I can pay them or establish wholesale account with them and hopefully that helps.

It depends on the company whom which your providing a invoice for .Otherwise 9 out of 10 they do not call

I only buy items from walmart.com to sell to amazon. can i not use email confirmation from walmart to send it to amazon?

Can i give amazon the invoice from walmart.com?

it depends on what you're selling. Some brand owners do not allow an item that was bought at Walmart and not directly from them to be sold as new. They want you to buy it directly from them. If you're buying your item from Walmart to resell on Amazon then your supposed to be listing those as used even if they are new.

I really don't understand this. If I was the supplier I'd tell them to **** off I don't discuss my customers with any third party.

Isn't that common sense?

Yes its highly unlikely a supplier will release such information about their customers

But if they are calling a phone # on a supplier invoice that does not exist... Then...
