Banned for forged invoices?
 

Saw this in a seller group i'm in... anyone here experience this?

“You may no longer sell on Amazon.com because you have supplied documentation to Amazon which appears to be forged or manipulated.“
Amazon seems to have become more aggressive at verifying if an invoice or document is doctored. If you need an invoice revised to meet Amazon guidelines, you have to ask the supplier to revise and reissue a revised invoice in their system. Amazon will call and verify that the invoice is as the supplier has issued.

Is this a real invoice that is edited? Could be not believable price-wise.? On the forum I have seen many opinions, but alot saying that suppliers do not talk to third parties regarding purchases, suppose it depends on supplier, but they should not breach your data protection.

A supplier is unlikely to give you an amended invoice.

Sounds like one of Amazon's generic messages - @OP, did you forge the documents? Was the quality sub-par?

Maybe provide them with other invoices... Careful on the next ones you submit

Like someone mentioned yesterday in a different thread - there's NO WAY Amazon is calling distributors each time they get an invoice from a seller to verify the legitimacy of the invoice. Privacy issues and whatnot.

Amazon : Hello distributor, did John Smith LLC order 100 units of "Ninja Blender" from you at a price of $49.99 each on 6/1/16?

Distributor : Uh, we aren't allowed to share this kind of information.

I think the seller who made that post submitted poorly fabricated invoices.

They don't call at all, most of time they verify within few hours and let's says you sent them 6pm they normally reply in few hours which is still night so how they called 11pm?

If the invoice looks f××k off course this will be rejected
I noticed they 100% reject Chinese invoice even real ons

No way in hell they're rejecting Chinese invoices, considering thats where most that stuff comes from. Especially importers doing FBA!

Agree with you 90% is from china but you can try yourself and submit Chinese invoice
you will see the result,

Maybe it's depending from the brand including in this invoices. If it's one of the "under amazon monitoring" for too many f@k3s, they will reject your Chinese invoice, no matter are they original or not.

Well no it was not well know brand at all, the asin created myself after this become hot product they ask for invoices and noticed they simply reject Chinese invoices for same asin when European invoice sent accepted

Any one else sent Chinese invoice and it's accepted?

The photoshop work must of been bad ,Amazon shouldnt be able to tell inless something obvious was sticking out to them.

Amazon compares any invoices to their database of templates - I know of accounts closed because of this too - the design needs to match their samples

Amazon is paying very well attention to little detail.its not really the template itself ,but even if companies change the design they still keep the same style of information.if the op did a sloppy photoshop job then all amazon needs to do is suspect it.Then he is done.
